Buy T-Shirts and Hoodies on Our Website: https://www.countryviewacreshomestead.com Our Amazon Shop full of great Homesteading items: https://www.amazon.com/shop/countryviewacres Chocolate Toffee Zucchini Bread: 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Eggs 1/4 Cup Unsalted Melted Butter 1 Tsp Espresso Powder (optional) 1/4 Cup Oil 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1-1/2 Cups Shredded Packed Zucchini 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Toffee Bits Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan. In Medium Bowl whisk Flour, cocoa powder, espresso power, baking soda and salt. In large bowl add eggs, melted butter, oil, vanilla, and brown sugar. Stir Until smooth. Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and don't over mix. Stir in shredded zucchini. Stir in 3/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips and 1/4 cup of toffee bits. Pour batter in loaf pan. Sprinkle remain chocolate chips and toffee bits on top of batter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
